Hanoi, Vietnam

Didn't mean to show you just this woman's torso...seems to be a quirk in my software. We visited a museum run The Women’s Union of the Vietnamese Communist Party. The museum is dedicated to the women of Vietnam. The exhibits range from famous Vietnamese women, how women contributed to the American War, and the types of clothes and handicrafts made by women. We had a special reception at the end of our tour and met with the director of the museum. In what I think of as typical communist style (probably because it felt like similar ceremonies I’ve attended in China), we were seated around tables placed in a big square and served chocolates, oranges, and wine.
