It got me thinking about applications that are currently being used within IBM. Do these fall under the old paradigms of WBT and distance learning courses? <br />

- Mobilization Training (within our practice Portals, Content Management and ECommerce there are a couple courses that were developed - essentially ppts of "lectures" and then lab instruction. Course materials are available on a wiki, and completed labs are posted to the wiki and then graded by virtual instructors. Although it is more on the self-paced side, they do require an enrollment date, and will expire if not completed within a reasonable amount of time. These mobilizations are strongly championed by the practice leadership and have met with much success).<br />
