Breakfast with my brothers before leaving for our hike.
Just missed the guys push starting a mini-van full of people.
Beers for all after our big hike! (Paul, Eric, Rose, Eero, and Brandon)
We passed this van in Arusha.
Here is a picture of me with my brothers, Eric and Paul
We spent two days at the Horombo Huts to acclimatize to the altitude. We hiked past the Saddleback Rocks. Brandon shows us his mountain climbing prowess.
It seems crazy that a group of 6 hikers needs a crew so large. However, this crew was AWESOME! If anyone wants to hike Mt. Kili or take a safari in Tanzania, I highly recommend that you use Good Earth Travel.
If you look carefully, you'll see a rainbow on the right side of the photo.
Brandon, Eero, and Paul hike ahead on the road to the Kibo Hut
We take a break with our fearless guides, Dismas, Deo, and Herment
Lots of stone stacking on the paths up Kili
Dismas and Deo hiking behind us

This is the Hormobo Huts. In total we spent 3 nights here - two on the way up, and one on the way down. Yes, that's Kili in the background.
A view from our hut on either the 2nd or 3rd night on the mountain. On our last night, at the same site, we had trick-o-treaters!
The Horombo Dining Hall - little brown striped mice and all...
All smiles after Tom proposed to Rosie at Uhuru Peak
after hiking the Coca Cola Trail. Our only Cokes of the hike, back down at Marangu Gate. We're all smiling in anticipation of hot showers!
